Sales Manager Mixing (USA)

GMM Pfaudler has established a Mixing platform and is seeking a Sales Manager Mixing (USA) to drive growth through innovation and customer intimacy. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Establish short-term and long-term sales objectives in alignment with the company’s goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Evaluate existing Agents/Distribution network, performance manage the network if required
Onboard new agents/distributors, provide product training and support with client visits
Identify opportunities to upsell with the other GMM Pfaudler product lines
As the region grows to Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers
Monitor individual and team performance
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members
Oversee sales operations, including CRM systems, reporting, and forecasting
Monitor sales metrics and generate regular performance reports for senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base
Optimize pricing strategies and sales processes to maximize profitability
Proactively address challenges or obstacles to achieving revenue targets

Required

Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, with 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals
Adaptability to dynamic markets and fast-paced environments
Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking

Engineering background, MBA preferred but not essential
