The company is seeking a hands-on summer intern to help establish new and existing processes on Applied equipment, working closely with process engineers in a clean room environment to develop and sustain processes for semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Help establish new and existing processes on Applied equipment
Work closely with process engineers within a clean room
Develop, characterize and sustain processes on state-of-the-art semiconductor processing equipment
Qualification
Required
Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or related field with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Must be able to perform hands-on work within clean room facility
Must be available for a minimum of 12 weeks this summer (prefer longer)
Must comply with all relevant Applied's and the lab's safety programs
