Human Resources Business Partner
F9 Brands Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a Human Resource Business Partner. This role focuses on key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and strategic collaboration with leadership to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities
Responds to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR personnel
Communicates HR policies and procedures to employees and provides guidance when necessary
Administers and follows up on disciplinary actions related to attendance and point systems
Collaborates with HR management to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and implement best practices
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and work assessments (e.g., safety training, anti-harassment, professional licensure, aptitude exams, and certifications)
Supports core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs
Participates in disciplinary meetings, termination discussions, and workplace investigations
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; regularly reviews and updates policies to reflect legal requirements and best practices
Stays current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in talent management and employment law
Performs additional HR-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 500+ employees
Proven HR generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work collaboratively with teams at all levels
