Government Administration
Responsibilities
Responsible for making continuous improvement of Hopewell manufacturing processes. The improvements may be focused on cost, capacity, through-put, product quality, safety, or environment. Typical projects may include:
Determining the root cause of chronic operating problem. Providing recommendations and assist in implementing solutions
Analyzing production data and quality data to determine optimum operating conditions or increased volume
Implementing sustainable solutions to address deficiencies identified
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Engineering Student between their junior and senior year
Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
Highly motivated individual with interest in Specialty Chemical Manufacturing
Must be a self-starter with urgency for delivering results
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
