Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and extend Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Framework
Implement low-code and pro-code solutions to support business workflows and user needs
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms where needed
Create and execute robust unit tests; maintain deployment pipelines and support sandbox testing, code reviews, and production deployments
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend technical solutions
Produce and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, release notes, and user guides
Follow Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance optimization
Stay up-to-date with platform enhancements and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency & knowledge regarding Apex, MYSQL, Native, JavaScript, & VisualForce
The capability of solving complex issues related to high-level applications and software
Experience with Salesforce administration fundamentals (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code
Experience with source control and versioning tools best practice
Integrations involving REST and SOAP based architectures
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a team environment as well as being a leader in the development end of the environment
Highly capable of managing projects with excellent efficiency
Able to work in a Hybrid Environment
Able to travel occasionally for training
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect & System Architect. Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect & Agent force Specialist would be a bonus
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and broader integration patterns. .Net experience is a bonus
Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Clouds, and Non-Profit Cloud
