Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive executive and team support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing and IT related assistance
Manages onsite and virtual logistics by scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, coordinating visitor access and supporting smooth operational flow
Assists in onboarding of new team members, maintaining organization charts and requesting security access to Teams folders and shared drives
Supports audit readiness by requesting information and maintaining key organizational materials both pre- and post- audits
Anticipates supervisor(s) needs by interpreting policies, preparing various materials, and ensures supervisor(s) are informed ahead of meetings and commitments
Qualification
Required
7-8 years of experience
