Responsibilities
Own creative concepts and execution for visual and motion design, with a strong focus on effects, animations, and graphic systems
Design and iterate on 2D visuals, motion graphics, and effects assets used across TikTok product surfaces and creative campaigns
Use user feedback and performance metrics to refine visual quality, motion behavior, and engagement impact
Apply AI-powered tools to support ideation, visual exploration, animation concepts, and effects prototyping
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field
Professional experience in visual, motion, creative, or effects-focused design
Strong skills in graphic design and animation, with hands-on experience using tools such as Figma and motion/effects tools
Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to enhance visual creation, animation workflows, or effects design
Preferred
Experience designing effects, animations, or motion systems for consumer-facing or global products
Understanding of global visual styles, trends, and cultural aesthetics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and highly collaborative environment
