Responsibilities

Drive organizational vision and strategic planning initiatives
Identify opportunities and challenges, implementing solutions that advance our mission
Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors and standing committees
Provide executive oversight of all programs, services, and facility operations
Develop and manage annual budgets ensuring fiscal responsibility
Lead and develop a talented ministry team committed to excellence
Serve as chief spokesperson and public face of the Mission
Cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, churches, and community leaders
Develop comprehensive communication strategies to advance organizational awareness
Lead the development team in securing funding from diverse sources
Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and grant-making organizations
Oversee both short and long-term fundraising strategies

Required

A Christ centered individual with demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with our statement of faith
Proven leadership in nonprofit management, ministry, or related sectors
Strong strategic, organizational, and financial acumen
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire a diverse community of stakeholders
A bachelor's degree or equivalent life and ministry experience

Preferred

Experience in donor development and public advocacy
