Responsibilities
Daily systems administration, support, and optimization of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system
Ensure effective operation to meet organizational needs
Support end users in executing front end workflows and collaborating across functional areas and programs
Ensure smooth operation and continual improvement of the Deltek Costpoint system
Demonstrate proficiency with Costpoint’s Extensibility Designer, Workflow Designer, Web Integrated Console (WIC), and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
Implement successful internal workflows and automations, as well as external integrations for enterprise-level workflows
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Costpoint's Extensibility Designer
Proficiency with Workflow Designer
Proficiency with Web Integrated Console (WIC)
Proficiency with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
Strong communication skills
Technical expertise in Deltek Costpoint ERP system administration
