Responsibilities
Deep Model Surgery: Beyond basic implementation, you will adapt open-source giants (Llama 3, Mistral) using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA for high-stakes domain-specific applications
Infrastructure Mastery: Squeeze maximum performance out of hardware. You will lead model quantization (GGUF, AWQ) and serve custom models via vLLM and TGI while managing complex dense vector/embedding optimizations
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted technical architect for C-level executives, translating cutting-edge research into long-term enterprise AI roadmaps
Next-Gen R&D: Continuously integrate advancements like State Space Models (SSMs) and long-context optimizations into production-grade deliverables
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of Expert-Level Experience: You are a recognized leader in the AI community with a track record of driving high-impact initiatives
Deep Learning Internals: Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow and deep intuition for Transformer architecture internals
Advanced Data Workflows: Expertise in synthetic data generation, advanced training curation, and RLHF concepts
Enterprise Architecture: Proven ability to prototype GenAI applications that bridge the gap between AI and core enterprise stacks like SAP ECC, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Kafka
