Responsibilities
Developing a strong pipeline of potential hedge fund targets/clients
Running an end-to-end sales process with the support of the broader Hazeltree organization
Helping to build the firm’s brand and increase brand awareness to generate quality leads
Attending and participating at relevant industry events
Developing and managing the intermediary and third-party services provider network including prime broker consultancies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
4 - 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, treasury management, prime brokerage or investment banking
Experience working with hedge funds or other alternative investment firms
Experience and understanding of the financial markets, specifically Buy Side experience is highly desirable
Understand the applications of ISIN's and their meaning for investment identification
Proven ability to understand client requirements, articulate software features and benefits to create solutions for prospective clients
Passion for building rapport and trust with new client relationships
Comfortable with SaaS platforms and eager to deepen knowledge of treasury technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and proactively manage multiple client accounts
Highly organized, strong time management skills
