Responsibilities
Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food product
Works at various stations along the production line boxing packaged product
Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Inspects poultry products for quality and consistency
Packages and labels finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards
Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety
Ability to work with raw and cooked products
Ability to work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food product
Ability to operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Ability to inspect poultry products for quality and consistency
Ability to package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards
Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
High School or equivalent beneficial but not required
Ability to stand for several hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to reach, bend, and push boxes on conveyor assembly
Preferred
Six months of steady work history is preferred
Experience in protein processing/manufacturing preferred
