Responsibilities

Full financial ownership across 6–10 restaurant and hospitality entities
Daily transaction management and oversight of accounting workflows
P&L management and development
Monthly close, variance analysis, and margin visibility
Balance sheet management and development
Reconciliations, accuracy, and integrity across all entities
Fixed assets, debt, accruals, and intercompany activity
Cash flow management and forecasting
Weekly cash reporting and forward-looking liquidity planning
Restaurant365 (R365) system ownership (mandatory)
Structure, accuracy, reporting, and best-practice utilization
Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Partnering with ownership and operations to improve financial clarity and discipline

Qualification

Required

7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Restaurant or hospitality industry experience (required)
Restaurant365 expertise (mandatory)
Experience managing multi-entity financials
Strong understanding of: Restaurant P&Ls, Food & beverage cost controls, Labor modeling and unit economics

Preferred

CPA or public accounting background a plus (not required)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, owner-led environments
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
Confident partnering with operators, GMs, and executives
Calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
Local to Atlanta and available for in-person collaboration
