They are seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development to lead their sales department, develop sales strategies, and build relationships to exceed revenue goals for their self-guided tour platform and AI products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and goals
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to move them through the sales cycle to closure
Develop and manage client relationships with key prospects and existing customers to maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development teams, to align the sales and go-to-market strategies
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the executive leadership team
Develop and manage sales budgets, sales quotas, and sales forecasting models
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to ensure the company's competitive edge

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, selling SaaS solutions
2-5 years of selling in the new home industry selling into sales & marketing departments at the VP or Director level
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goals
Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation tactics
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, able to work independently and remotely with the ability to travel 20%-40%
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
