CrowdPlat is seeking a Senior Enterprise Facilities Systems Developer to enhance and manage their enterprise Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) platform. This role involves improving system performance, aligning workflows with business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise software solutions supporting facilities and real estate operations
Configure, enhance, and optimize CAFM applications (IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo) to align with evolving business requirements
Define and refine data models, dimensions, rules, and workflows to improve system efficiency and performance
Support platform upgrades, including environment preparation, content migration, and post-upgrade validation with minimal business disruption
Develop, modify, and maintain reports using BIRT
Enhance existing application components to streamline processes and improve system usability
Partner closely with technical teams, UX designers, and business/system analysts to deliver scalable solutions
Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting as needed

Required

7+ years of experience in Facilities Management environments
7+ years of experience supporting Real Estate Management operations
4+ years of hands-on experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA and/or IBM Maximo platforms (minimum one project/contract)
4+ years of experience working with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
Strong understanding of CAFM data models, workflows, and enterprise system integrations
Experience working in large, regulated, or public-sector environments preferred

Preferred

Experience supporting Workplace Reservation / Space Management solutions
Prior involvement in system modernization or platform upgrade initiatives
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
