Account Manager/Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will evaluate customers' visual communication needs and provide custom signs, graphics, and printing solutions while building relationships and managing accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service as the first point of contact for clients via phone, internet, and in-person
Act as a sales consultant, suggesting appropriate types of signs and graphics to suit customer needs
Present creative ideas and solutions to a wide variety of clients
Estimate prices and manage projects for signs, graphics, and installations
Create clear and concise work orders
Prepare status reports for weekly sales meetings, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Manage and develop accounts
Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
Establish and maintain effective relationships with support departments
Participate in available training programs to become an expert sign and graphics solution provider

Required

Ability to engage in business conversations with various types of business owners and decision makers
Consultative selling skills and the ability to make recommendations using various products and Brand Standards
Understanding of the sales process and systems to meet sales goals, close sales and take advantage of every opportunity
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, virtual and in person interactions
Basic math skills for creating sales quotes and measuring/calculating sign sizes
Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills for point-of-sale software data entry, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Two years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience required
B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Orlando, FL 32803 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Orlando, FL 32803: Relocate before starting work (Required)
