Responsibilities
Independently develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and final reports
Lead validation for equipment, facilities, utilities, computer systems, and cleaning processes
Serve as Validation lead on change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and project teams
Support Engineering and Production with URS, RA, FRS, DQ, and system upgrades
Perform room qualifications, smoke studies, media fills, and periodic requalification
Support audits, ensure inspection readiness, and train personnel on validation and quality principles
Ensure compliance with FDA, EU, and company policies
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
6+ years GMP validation experience (or 10+ years without a degree), including project leadership
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, pharma utilities, and validation practices
Excellent technical writing, communication, and MS Office skills
