The Data Operations Analyst will focus on the integrity, synchronization, and optimization of core business data, ensuring seamless information flow across the organization and resolving data discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Own the daily resolution of data syncing issues between our core business platforms, data feeds from third party systems, and our CRM
Perform in-depth investigations into unexpected data behavior, resolving immediate issues while partnering with the Sales Operations and Engineering teams to implement systemic preventions
Operate and iteratively improve existing exception reporting frameworks to reduce manual overhead and increase data reliability
Partner closely with the Finance team to prepare and clean large datasets to assist in the assessment of M&A opportunities, and execute customer and policy data imports following successful business acquisitions
Document data flows and standard operating procedures for the data lifecycle at Connie Health
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience in a Data Operations, Data Analyst, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role
Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, complex logic, and reconciliation
Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and performing deep-dive investigations
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and come out with a clear path to resolution
Track record of managing large-scale data imports and maintaining data cleanliness
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience in the Medicare or Health Insurance space, especially regarding policy lifecycles and commissions
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for handling Protected Health Information
Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards in Looker
Experience with ETL processes and dbt for managing data transformation workflows
