Responsibilities

Serve as lead finance partner to Institutional Sales & Service executives
Deliver financial presentations and monthly reporting
Build NPV models, scenario analyses, and business cases
Support pricing and financial evaluations for institutional relationships
Analyze revenue, margin, and long term economic value drivers
Develop productivity and performance models
Partner with enterprise FP&A on planning and forecasting
Provide guidance to junior team members

Required

Retirement or Annuities experience is REQUIRED
7+ years in FP&A or financial strategy
Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders
Strong communication skills with non financial audiences
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive presence skills

Preferred

Experience working with actuarial teams is a strong plus
Actuarial collaboration experience is a plus
