Responsibilities

Develop datasets that serve as sources for various reports and enterprise data marts
Analyze datasets – perform exploratory analysis and data manipulation or for deliverables
Leads or facilitates meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support future reporting and visualizations
Assists in the development of complex ad hoc reporting
Exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business initiatives
Provides prescriptive recommendations for action as part of reporting based on analysis of requested data
Applies data best practices to ensure the quality and accessibility of assembled datasets

Required

Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience
4-6 years' experience or equivalent, related knowledge
Participating in or leading a cross functional team
