Business Development Representative

AllianceHCM is seeking a motivated and talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts for their Account Executives through outbound calling, qualification, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Generate new qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Research and target prospective accounts to build a strong pipeline
Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
Provide detailed prospect insights to support productive sales conversations
Meet or exceed daily activity goals (~60 calls / 30 emails per day)
Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
Partner closely with the Director of Business Development and the sales team

Required

1+ year of experience in inside sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
Confidence in articulating value propositions over the phone and via email
Comfortable with rejection—and motivated by it
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with persistence and grit

Bachelor's degree
