Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Imaging Operations (iOPs) function globally, including CTIS, CPC, and imaging systems teams
Optimize processes across the full imaging trial lifecycle (study start-up through close-out)
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while creating scalable departmental structure
Partner closely with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, resourcing, and execution
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
Represent Imaging Operations in client meetings, audits, and inspections
Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across regions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of clinical research operations experience (12+ years for VP-level consideration)
6+ years of experience within an Imaging CRO (10+ years for VP-level consideration)
Prior experience leading teams and working directly with executive leadership
Strong understanding of imaging operations, systems, and regulated clinical trial environments
Hands-on leader who can think strategically and execute tactically
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growth-stage organization
Preferred
Master's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences)
