Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions—virtual, in‑person, and on‑demand—focused on analytics platforms, reporting tools, and advertising measurement products
Teach users how to navigate dashboards, interpret metrics, and apply insights to real‑world marketing scenarios
Develop training paths for new users, advanced users, and cross‑functional teams
Create clear, engaging learning materials such as eLearning modules, video tutorials, job aids, and step‑by‑step guides
Translate complex data concepts (attribution, optimization, campaign measurement, audience insights) into accessible, practical content
Use modern instructional design methods and tools to build interactive learning experiences
Maintain a deep understanding of analytics products, features, workflows, and use cases
Stay current on product updates and ensure training materials reflect the latest capabilities
Act as a subject‑matter expert who can explain not just •how• the product works, but •why• it matters for marketing performance
Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and analytics teams to understand training needs and upcoming product changes
Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs
Support product launches with training plans, documentation, and user‑readiness materials
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
Recommend enhancements to training formats, delivery methods, and content strategy
Explore opportunities to incorporate AI, simulations, or scenario‑based learning to elevate user engagement

Required

5+ years of experience in Media marketing and analytics
2+ years of product training, instructional design, learning & development, or a related field
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, advertising measurement, or media performance workflows
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly explanations
Experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (live, virtual, eLearning)
Proficiency with training development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or similar platforms
