9- 12 years of experience in US Healthcare Payor operation
Including 5-7 years of experience in managing teams as Managerial experience
Sound knowledge in commercial & Medicare member enrollment
Strong people management skill with experience of handling minimum of 250 team members
Effectively &efficiently handle escalation calls (1st & 2nd level)
Experience in handling provider calls/complaints pertaining to Benefits & Eligibility, claims/appeals/denials
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel MS Power Point
Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively
Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; team oriented and good coaching & feedback experience
