Responsibilities
Support CAS, FAR, DFARS, and DCAA compliance activities
Assist with disclosure statements, audits, and compliant accounting processes
Review monthly financials, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany activity
Coordinate key accounting transactions across Finance, AP, Payroll, and shared services
Maintain accounting policies and support process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
4+ years of experience with a U.S. Government contractor
Strong knowledge of CAS, FAR, DCAA, IFRS & U.S. GAAP
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
Proven ability to drive efficiency and operate in a matrixed, fast paced environment
Excellent analytical and communication skills
