Full ownership of the physical site, outdoor assets, and guest-facing environments
Leading Engineering, Landscaping, Security, Sustainability, and Maintenance teams

Required

Preferred

Proven experience in desert / extreme climates (Palm Springs, Inland CA, AZ, NV preferred)
