New Grad, Entry LevelBass Pro Shops is a leading retail company specializing in outdoor products, and they are seeking a Trainer to provide comprehensive training for Outfitters. The Trainer will onboard new hires, ensure safety and quality in training, and develop creative training methods in collaboration with management.

Responsibilities
Onboards new hires and trains them on all company policies and procedures
Works with Supervisors and Operations Managers to develop creative ways to deliver a consistent training message to all Outfitters
Conveys the importance of customer satisfaction
Trains and educates Outfitters on power equipment while emphasizing safety
Ensures safety, quality, and productivity for all new trainees
Keeps detailed records of training sessions conducted and completed by all trainees and any issued certifications
Periodically performs the various jobs within the Distribution Center as required
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, i.e. walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and climbing up and down step ladder for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled
Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull and carry 50 lbs. for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled
Preferred
Warehouse equipment experience preferred
Experience and knowledge of multiple departments
Knowledge of safety methods and procedures equipment certified
