Sales Enablement Senior Manager
Dreamdata is a leading B2B Marketing Attribution + Activation platform that helps SaaS companies understand and act on revenue drivers. The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will build and own the sales enablement function, partnering with various teams to improve seller effectiveness and drive execution across the global sales team.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve Dreamdata's sales onboarding program, reducing ramp time and accelerating time-to-first-deal
Design and deliver ongoing enablement programs (training, certifications, reinforcement) aligned to pipeline reality and sales priorities
Partner with Sales Leadership to support methodology adoption (e.g. discovery, qualification, deal execution) and consistent stage execution
Enable sellers with clear messaging, positioning, and talk tracks in collaboration with Product Marketing
Support deal readiness through enablement of competitive positioning, objection handling, and use-case clarity
Work closely with RevOps to ensure enablement aligns with CRM workflows, reporting, and data hygiene
Measure and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time, certification completion, stage conversion, and win-rate trends
Act as a trusted partner to Sales Managers, supporting manager-led coaching rather than replacing it
Build the foundation for a scalable enablement function as Dreamdata continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM roles within the B2B SaaS sector
Proven expertise in empowering mid-market and enterprise sales teams throughout intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Track record of connecting enablement initiatives to tangible revenue results, such as ramp rates, conversion metrics, and win ratios
Adaptability as a sole enablement owner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams, fostering strong partnerships
Proven success in developing enablement programs from the ground up or scaling them rapidly
Data-driven approach, prioritizing impact over mere output
Clear and confident communicator, capable of influencing others without formal authority
Familiarity with contemporary sales tools and CRM platforms
Preferred
HubSpot experience is a plus
