MasTec Utility Services delivers critical infrastructure construction and engineering services for power delivery, gas, and water customers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project financials, including coding charges and tracking project permits to support the Project Management and Construction teams.

Construction

Responsibilities

Create a P&L of every project for weekly review
Code charges correctly to projects
Code and submit subcontractor and vendor invoices for payment
Submit billing to Accounts Receivable so customers can be invoiced
Take progress reports or dailies and create red line/as-built drawings
Track and coordinate all project permits required for the completion of the project milestones
Follow up with vendors regarding permits

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeExcelBlueprint readingP&L creationComputer skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field of study
1 year of experience
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities
Ability to read blueprints and create red-lines or as-builts

Preferred

2 or more years of experience
