3+ years expLHH is seeking a Project Procurement Support Specialist to support Tank COE projects. This role involves collaborating with project teams to identify purchasing needs, manage requisitions, and assist with procurement activities to ensure efficient project execution from start to closeout.

Responsibilities
Partner with Procurement Business Partners and Project Managers to identify purchasing needs for Tank COE projects
Create and manage requisitions for materials and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support change order requests by verifying documentation and ensuring purchase orders are updated correctly
Assist Project Leads with purchase order and invoice issues, coordinating with vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies
Coordinate vendor additions or changes with Procurement and Category Management teams
Ensure requisitions are quickly converted into purchase orders and confirm PO receipt with vendors
Verify costs, scope, and instructions align with company policies and procedures
Review and monitor project documentation for accuracy and validity
Support Project Leads and PCLs in identifying and resolving SAP system errors
Assist with project closeout activities
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the job posting country
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
3+ years of experience using SAP or similar maintenance systems
Comfortable collaborating remotely via MS Teams or Webex
Ability to work onsite at the P66 office in downtown Bartlesville
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher
5+ years of experience using SAP or similar maintenance systems
Experience supporting procurement activities
Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of pipeline and terminal equipment
