Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and executing Application Development project, delivery, contract & commercials, hiring, Customer satisfaction and governance
Responsible for Program P&L; operating margin, meeting other organization operation parameters; delivery led growth
Responsible for bring standardization in the AD process and documents
Conduct business review meeting with executive leadership team, align strategic planning and execution to meet the customer need
Provide solutions to Customer’s problems and business needs through problem solving approaches and right solution
Bringing ideas into the team to further enhance the technology platform and portfolio of applications
Provide insights to account team on opportunities and partner with them to develop new business opportunities
Performance Management of the team and competency development to meet the business needs
Responsible for Team performance assessment, goal setting, promotion, salary increment and bonus
Direct, guide and mentor the team to align them to meet business strategy and changes happens at both my and Customer organization to meet goals and objectives
Review project performance, metrics, continuous improvement progress and provide feedback and suggestion for improvements
Qualification
Required
