Responsibilities
Analyze credit risk and approve credit limits and terms
Manage an A/R portfolio, including aged and high-risk accounts
Administer payment plans, notes receivable, UCC filings, and collection escalations
Partner with Sales and Finance to resolve credit issues and support cash flow
Lead regular credit reviews and provide recommendations
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and SOX requirements
Improve credit and collections processes and reporting
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of commercial credit and collections experience (B2B)
Strong financial statement and credit risk analysis skills
Knowledge of credit law and collections practices
Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel and ERP or similar financial systems
Preferred
Leadership or mentoring experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
