Create and send remote estimates to customers

Schedule customer appointments based on customer requests and availability
General office administrative support

Light document preparation and record management

Qualification
Required
Professional maturity is required, including sound judgment, accountability, and discretion when working with customers and sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email), Word, and Excel
Excellent phone presence, communication skills, and professional phone etiquette
