Client Account Coordinator

Total Retail Group is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to support Lowe’s National Account Managers in managing project execution and maintaining strong client relationships. This entry-level role focuses on data accuracy and client support within a fast-paced retail environment, offering opportunities for growth and hands-on exposure to account management.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and consistent product data—including titles, descriptions, images, videos, pricing, and assortment details—while optimizing online content to improve product presentation and the customer experience
Support retail execution and project management by collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, on-scope delivery
Conduct item data and competitive trend assessments; present findings and actionable recommendations
Coordinate key elements of customer and team relationships, including meetings, project setup, client reporting, and follow-ups
Assist in managing vendor, team, and employee projects as needed
Monitor and report on sales trends
Create clear, professional reports using internal and external data sources for both internal and client use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TRG leadership, field operations, client services, asset management, distribution, training, and HR, as assigned

Required

Strong technical proficiency, especially in computer-based tasks
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability and willingness to learn advanced functions
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrated commitment to exceeding client expectations
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Associate's degree or minimum of one year of retail experience (a bachelor's degree is welcome, but not required)

Preferred

Familiarity with Lowe's systems is a plus, but not required
