The role involves managing customer consultations, project sales, and vehicle design while serving as a liaison between the factory and vehicle owners.

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for all Sonderwunsch Factory Re-Commission and One-Off Customer in the US and Canada
Lead Sonderwunsch Factory Re-Commission salesperson in the US and Canada
Lead VIP customer management as Porsche Classic’s owner concierge
Manage all vehicle personalization templates in alignment with Porsche AG for the Sonderwunsch Re-Commission program; all production street car models (356-current day)
Achievement of Atlanta Sonderwunsch annual targets
Achievement of global PAG Sonderwunsch annual targets
Manage all program requests with PCNA and PAG Sonderwunsch management
Support all project estimate development
Participate in all project on-boarding managing elements including contract approval, payments, and vehicle transportation
Manage all design development steps including vehicle visualization renderings
Develop and support sales initiatives
Manage creation of project memory offerings and experiences
Support interdisciplinary projects
Support process flow development and guidelines
Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard personal and/or competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats
Create and maintain yearly action plan and goals
Complete necessary training to maintain level of expertise
Varying amounts of overnight travel is required/participation in special events during evenings/weekends may be required

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Automotive Design, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field of study; or relevant work experience
5 years of professional work experience
3 years of luxury consultative sales experience
High Proficiency in VIP customer consultation; HHI ?$1M
Strong knowledge of automotive engineering and history of Porsche
Strong knowledge of Porsche model family
Experience in project management, marketing projects, and reporting
Experience in program margin analysis
Porsche vehicle parts knowledge
Strong Porsche model knowledge; road and track
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively negotiate or mediate difficult situations
Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude
High degree of self-motivation and positive problem-solving capabilities
High Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
Ability to efficiently multi-task with proficient organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Valid Driver's license
Clean driving record
Functions well under stressful conditions

Ability to work on and inside cars on hoist lift, vehicle dolly, or on ground
Ability to work on varying height workbenches
Ability to drive a manual stick shift transmission
This job operates in an automotive shop and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This position will also have frequent work in the automotive shop. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, move, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required include close, color, distance, and depth perception
