Confidencial is seeking a UX/User Researcher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user study research protocols, moderating user studies, and collecting and analyzing data using various tools.

Responsibilities

Design and inform user study research protocols
Assist with user study submissions, recruitment and study set-up
Be present during user studies for moderation and proctoring
Collect and analyze data during study using a variety of data capture tools
Visualize data and prepare share-outs

Required

Applied experience conducting in-person human research or other relevant user study / research work
Experience using SW and HW tools
Experience with survey design tools
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. JMP)

Preferred

Bachelor degree not required, but nice to have
Prefer experience in industry; technology, consumer goods, etc; preferably with personal electronic hardware or physical consumer goods (vs. software UX)
Experience using AI tools in research process a nice to have
