Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting operations as a Senior Staff Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet and P&L variance analysis
Manage inventory and cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate general ledger activity and strong supporting documentation
Partner cross-functionally and support audits by preparing schedules, working papers, and analytical insights as a Senior Staff Accountant
Drive process improvements and deliver complex ad hoc analysis as a Senior Staff Accountant, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA required
4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in inventory or cost accounting environments
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statements, and general ledger activity with advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant with strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
