They are seeking an experienced Civil / Structural professional to support an active construction project in northeast Louisiana, focusing on civil and structural scopes during early-stage site development and foundation work.

Responsibilities
Support piling operations, including coordination, inspection, and quality oversight
Oversee earthwork activities, including dirt excavation, grading, and backfill
Support installation of large concrete foundations (formwork, rebar, pours, and curing activities)
Coordinate with contractors and site leadership to resolve field issues
Monitor construction progress and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and documentation
Assist with field reporting, inspections, and daily progress tracking
Qualification
Required
Strong civil/structural construction experience in an industrial or heavy construction environment
Hands-on exposure to piling foundations
Hands-on exposure to earthwork (excavation and backfill)
Hands-on exposure to large-scale concrete foundation installations
Preferred
Experience supporting structural steel erection
Background as a Field Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Superintendent, or Construction Manager
