Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities to use AI solutions to help clients meet their toughest challenges, from early disease detection to personalized medicine
Lead teams that deeply understand the needs of clients and guide them to developing the best solution
Work with cross-functional teams and technology subject matter experts (SMEs)
Engage with leaders and teams on strategic and operational matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience working in the health or public health space solving challenges using technology
Experience with leading innovative projects or initiatives
Experience developing solutions from discovery to implementation
Experience working with cross-functional teams and technology subject matter experts (SME's)
Knowledge of AI and ML concepts and organizational readiness
Ability to engage with leaders and teams on strategic and operational matters
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with government healthcare agencies
Experience with participating in the development of business cases and collaborating cross functionally in business development opportunities
Experience with supporting or delivering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Data as a Service (DaaS) solutions, offerings, and integrations
Experience with public health programs or other science programs
Experience with leading technology teams of 10+ people and developing staff
Experience in working with cloud infrastructure and solutions
Experience with service design, design thinking, design research, business design, or customer experience strategy
Experience with Agile development
Ability to display a strong curiosity of AI solutions, including how they advance health data, public health or other scientific programs
