Responsibilities
Own month-end close and financial reporting as a Senior Property Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
Prepare investor funding requests, lender draws, treasury wires, and manage cash activity while maintaining strong internal controls
Support property and development accounting activities, including revenue billings, fixed assets, management fees, and variance analysis as a Senior Property Accountant
Partner cross-functionally and support audits, budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis as a trusted Senior Property Accountant
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
4+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally within commercial real estate or public accounting
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and property-level accounting
Detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant with strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
Preferred
CPA preferred or in progress
