Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation & execution of EVMS policies and practices
Significant interface with Program Scheduling, Control Account Managers, EVM Analyst, and Supplier Management
The ability to communicate and document cost and schedule integration compliance issues and elevate to functional lead(s) as necessary
Provide change control direction to CAMS and program stakeholders
Develop, review, and assist in variance analysis development & reporting
Assist in the charge numbers/resources reconciliation process
Encourage continuous self-development and skill advancement in Earned Value Management

Required

Typically requires a BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant Aerospace & Defense experience; additional education, experience or training will be considered in lieu of degree
Strong Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Lookups, etc.)
Great Interpersonal skills
EVM Cost Tool experience (Cobra, OPDEC IPM)
Familiarity with the EIA-748 Guidelines
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. (U.S. Citizenship is required)

Experience in a Manufacturing/Production/Prototyping environment
IPMDAR Formats
Variance Narratives
Active DoD Secret clearance
