Perform routine engineering tasks with a moderate degree of independence
Review (escalate as required) RFI’s, Submittals and Contract Modifications
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
At least five (5) years of construction experience meeting the position description
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams) & pdf editors (BlueBeam or Adobe)
Experience in reviewing (escalate as required) RFI's, Submittals and Contract Modifications
Perform routine engineering tasks with a moderate degree of independence
Preferred
Prior experience on local, state and/or federal projects
Experience utilizing US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Resident Management System (RMS)
Professional Engineering (PE) license
