Responsibilities
Client would like to bring an Senior OCM Consultant on board to help Epson and the team get the messaging out to all employees about the project and get their buy-in
OCM is an on-going process and is most effective when the edict for change comes from the CEO
An OCM Consultant will work with the C-Level Team (CEO, CIO, IT Directors, VP of Functional Areas) on the messaging and do all other OCM activities
Qualification
Required
Must have been an OCM lead on 2-3 Brownfield Migrations
