Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as office receptionist: answer phones, greet visitors, and manage mail, shipping, and print requests
Coordinate on- and off-site meetings, special events, and catering
Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
Support purchasing activities, including requisitions and procurement
Assist with employee onboarding and emergency evacuation procedures
Ensure office facilities are maintained and fully functioning
Log and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors
Communicate potential disruptions to management and support proactive maintenance planning
Coordinate local travel arrangements in accordance with AGA travel policy
Manage local accommodations, transportation, and visitor support agreements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid U.S. Driver's License
Minimum 1 year of administrative or office management experience
Knowledge of travel and expense management
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
