Lead Manhattan Active Omni Consultant
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Lead Manhattan Active Omni Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a functional Consultant and SME in order management and supply chain, engaging with customers to gather requirements, conduct Fit Gap Analysis, and oversee implementation processes.
Responsibilities
Playing a role of a functional Consultant and SME of order management and supply chain domain
Do end customer interaction
Gather requirements
Fit Gap Analysis
Functional Design and complete implementation
Carry out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned
Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements
Coordinate/conduct testing or release management activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience with Order management and Supply Chain functions
Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements and overall Implementation Landscape
Ability to perform High Level solution design aligned with the requirements
Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements
Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers and drive the solution till go live liaising with the key stakeholders
Interact with Solution Architect and get involved into Design workshops, build Solution design
GAP assessment in Requirements and feasibility/infeasibility clearly articulated to Clients
Preparing/Reviewing Solution/Functional Design/Detailed Design specs
Experience in Writing Technical design documents and coding of solutions in Java, Json
Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
Provide support for Project estimations
Provide Solution leadership in the development / implementation project
Manhattan Active Omni suite of applications includes (Order Management, Enterprise inventory, Digital Self-Service and Virtual Assistant Support, Call Center management, Store management and POS)
Hands on experience in product configuration and business process mapping
Understanding of GCP (added advantage if knowledge of AWS and Azure)
Job Scheduling and Reporting
Knowledge on other OMS packages would be an added advantage
Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
Understanding in configuring and customizing Manhattan Active Omni suite of applications
Experience in Order Management system or Point of sale/Store Management system or E-Commerce is a strong plus (MAO, DOM, POS, Sterling OMS)
Experience in Inventory Management, Order Orchestration (B2B and B2C)
Experience with databases
Experience in cloud implementation and execution
