Entry, Mid LevelAMSYS Innovative Solutions is seeking a Network Field Technician responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure. The role involves providing hands-on field support, troubleshooting network-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network systems.

Responsibilities
Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and test networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software
Installation and Maintenance: Install, support, and maintain new network hardware and software infrastructure
User Support: Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords; respond to technical support calls from end users
Monitoring and Security: Monitor network usage and security to ensure networks are running smoothly with maximum performance and availability
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems; replace faulty network hardware components as required
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts
Collaboration: Work with vendors or other IT personnel for problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
Proven experience in network engineering and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel to different locations for network installations and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
