They are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including vendor payments and credit card management, while also supporting various finance-related projects as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely entry into the accounting system
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Monitor AP aging and assist with cash flow planning
Manage company credit card program, including issuance, employee compliance, and policy enforcement
Collect and review receipts and expense documentation from cardholders
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and allocate transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts
Assist with financial and operational projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and reporting initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Real Estate, and Human Resources
Help document, improve AP, and credit card policies and procedures as the company grows
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Restaurant 365, or similar ERP systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with credit card reconciliation and expense report processing a plus
Comfortable in a growing, evolving environment—open to change and innovation
