Customer Experience Dispatcher

Fello is an industry leader in the tech rental industry, and they are seeking a Customer Experience Dispatcher to serve as the first touchpoint for customers and new leads. This role involves handling inbound calls, guiding customers, and ensuring accurate information capture while supporting internal teams to maintain organization and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound sales and service calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Assess and route customer and lead requests to ensure timely and accurate follow-up
Respond to customer questions related to order status and basic service needs via phone and email
Communicate clearly with customers, setting expectations and providing status updates on orders and tickets
Ensure customers feel heard, informed, and supported at every interaction
Route incoming requests to the appropriate team members based on urgency, availability, and expertise
Monitor ticket and intake pipelines to ensure smooth flow and timely resolution
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in HubSpot
Assign new leads, customers, and tasks to internal stakeholders through the CRM
Identify and flag issues or inconsistencies in the dispatch process and escalate when needed
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to support customer outcomes
Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support the broader team

Required

1+ year of customer-facing experience, ideally in a sales and service environment
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations, systems, and priorities at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools; project management tools are a plus
A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you enjoy figuring things out and improving how things work

Preferred

Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus
