Manage and grow a portfolio of 15+ client accounts in lumber sales and building materials
Prospect and cold call for new business in the construction industry
Visit job sites, read blueprints, and prepare accurate material take-offs
Provide estimates, special orders, and invoices
Ensure on-time delivery and maintain strong contractor relationships
Qualification
Required
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
2+ years of outside sales experience in lumber, building materials, or construction supply
BisTrack experience a plus
