Client Service Specialist
HCP Companies is a growing wealth management firm seeking a Client Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will support advisors, engage with high-net-worth clients, and help maintain smooth, efficient operations across the practice.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all client administrative needs
Conduct check-in calls, answer phones, greet clients, and respond to immediate requests
Assist clients with portal access, onboarding, training, and troubleshooting
Prepare and review new account and investment paperwork
Process money movements, trades, contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and beneficiary updates
Support IRA/RMD requests, including charitable distributions
Resolve paperwork issues with custodians and back-office operations
Coordinate advisor calendars and manage pre- and post-appointment workflows
Maintain CRM records and organize client documents
Generate reports, summaries, and scheduled client reviews
Adhere to compliance requirements and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in financial services (RIA or wealth management preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Understanding of investment products, retirement accounts, and compliance standards
Preferred
Series 7 license preferred (not required)
